Deposit & Cancellation Terms
Transfer services can be booked with a 20% deposit, with the balance payable directly to the driver on board—in cash. For roundtrips, the full amount will be collected by the driver upon your arrival.
* Non-refundable deposit
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be charged at 100% of the fare.
* Transfer cancellation fee of 20% of the amount paid which will be held by Us. The rest 80% is refunded to You.
A cancellation request of a Transfer is received by the Company within less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time, it is considered as a last minute and non refundable Transfer cancellation, resulting in a 100% cancellation fee and NO refund to the Traveler.
